Evidence-bound figures. ap_bind_pattern_request builds a CommunicationIntelligence pattern-inspection request, and ap_realize_request verifies that request by replaying it before drawing. The PNG subtitle shows the unit, source revision, and that the figure is not an approval. A rendered PNG does not authorize publication. Existing plot functions are unchanged.
